Qualifikationen

• Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzen und Controlling, idealerweise in der Industrie.
• Kenntnisse der Schweizer GAAP-Buchhaltung von Vorteil.

Job Description

• Leading and developing a small Finance & Controlling team.
• Ensuring periodic financial statements and process optimizations.
• Managing accounting, calculations, and regular reporting.
• Supporting departments with cash flow management and CFO projects.
• Overseeing cash management and VAT topics.
• Driving the digital development of financial processes.

Required Profile

• Degree or further education in accounting (e.g., university, FH, FA, HF).
• At least five years of experience in finance and controlling, ideally in industry.
• Analytical thinking and proactive, structured work style.
• Leadership experience and knowledge of Swiss GAAP accounting are a plus.
• Excellent German and ideally English skills, both spoken and written.
