The Opportunity
On behalf of an international corporate client in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced agency-side recruiter who is ready to step into a corporate Talent Acquisition role for a 12-month assignment. This role is ideal for recruiters coming from a headhunting or recruitment agency environment who enjoy ownership, stakeholder exposure and high-quality hiring processes — without giving up pace, autonomy and impact. You will work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders, managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Swiss locations in a hybrid setup.
