Ethon GmbH in Zürich is seeking a hands-on System, Infrastructure and Operations Engineer to keep our people, office, and systems running smoothly. The role offers growth into cloud, security, and DevOps as we scale.

You will own endpoint lifecycle, office networking, and IAM while improving automation and onboarding processes. A strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting endpoints (laptops, MDM) and supporting non-technical colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Own the endpoint lifecycle: set up, configure, and manage laptops and support colleagues across macOS and Linux/Windows where needed.
• Keep the office running: own our network (WiFi, switching, firewall/VPN) and improve meeting-room and A/V setups.
• Manage identity and access: provisioning and deprovisioning, SSO/IdP user lifecycle, and clean permissions.
• Run onboarding and offboarding across our SaaS stack.
• Help with day-to-day operations: vendor and SaaS administration, procurement, corporate cards.
• Grow into infrastructure and platform work: AWS settings, server and monitoring (Grafana), security improvements, and DevOps automation.
• Spot automation opportunities and implement them.
