Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Systems Engineer to guide product design and qualification of energetic subsystems, including solid rocket motors, warheads, and SAF devices. You will own the qualification program end-to-end from concept reviews to production acceptance and surveillance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on systems and test engineering experience, strong documentation discipline, and a broad understanding of aerospace qualification standards. Willingness to travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on systems and test engineering background.
• Strong documentation discipline and evidence-based approach.
• Experience with qualification processes and lifecycle reviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to integrate qualification overlays into a system-level program.
• Drive the product through the qualification process per frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Qualification Data Pack (plans, tests, requirements).
• Define test campaigns and acceptance criteria per NATO AECTP, STANAG, AOP.
