Qualifications

• 5+ years of system engineering experience in robotics, aerospace or defense.
• Proven ability to lead full system lifecycles from concept to deployment.
• Strong background in system architecture and requirements analysis.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing interfaces.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture: translate requirements into architecture solutions.
• Technical Coordination: lead cross-functional design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC and ML teams.
• Trade-Off & Design Analysis: perform feasibility studies and system-level simulations.
• Integration & Validation: oversee integration, prototyping and validation to meet targets.
• System Reviews: drive architecture reviews ensuring traceability between requirements and testing.
• Continuous Improvement: enhance requirements traceability and validation workflows.
