Job summary

You will analyze Swiss real estate market developments, craft company statements with cross-functional teams, and publish data-driven market analyses using in-house data and surveys.

You will respond to media inquiries as an expert and continuously expand real estate and mortgage knowledge within the company, while tracking KPIs of your activities.

Qualifications

• Completed studies (FH/University) or solid further education in business, real estate management, communication, or marketing.
• Several years of professional experience as an analyst, journalist, or consultant focusing on the Swiss real estate market.
• Sound methodological knowledge in market research (survey design, data collection, and quantitative evaluation).
• Strong interconnected thinking, analytical sharpness, and creativity combined with a reliable 'can-do' mentality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market developments in the Swiss real estate sector and mortgage lending as part of our research team.
• Develop company statements in close collaboration with representatives of our specialist and business areas.
• Design, create, and publish well-founded market analyses based on in-house data and representative surveys.
• Confidently respond to and manage media enquiries as an expert.
• Continuously expand specialist know-how in real estate and mortgages within our company.
• Regularly monitor, measure, and optimize the success KPIs of your activities.
