Job summary

Oppenheim Architecture in Basel is seeking a German-speaking Project Architect with about 3 years of experience on Swiss projects to join our Basel team immediately or by agreement. You will work on a Swiss project nearing completion of the design development phase, supporting planning applications, tenders and construction documentation, and later contributing to international projects.

Qualifications

ArchiCAD skills are essential for producing technical drawings and documentation.
Fluency in German (Swiss German preferred) and English is required.
Swiss project experience is a must for this role.
Strong understanding of technical planning and construction detailing.
EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit is required.

Responsibilities

Produce and develop technical drawings and project documentation in ArchiCAD.
Prepare drawing packages from planning through tender and construction documentation.
Obtain information from consultants and incorporate it into project documentation.
Support the Project Lead in consultant meetings and communication with local partners.
Apply Swiss regulations, standards and local requirements throughout the planning process.
