Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is recruiting on behalf of a renowned foundation for an HR Assistant/Administrator. You will manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, support onboarding and offboarding, handle contracts and HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AVS, AI, APG, LPP, LAA), excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AVS, AI, APG, LPP, LAA, etc.)
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Service-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with employees
• Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent French is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle contracts, certificates, and HR documentation
• Ensure accurate employee data management
• Provide support on Swiss social insurance matters
