Hexagon in Switzerland is seeking a Product Engineer (f/m/d) for Surveying Software to provide 2nd level technical support to sales organizations and distribution partners worldwide. You will analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues with development teams, test releases, validate new features, and create clear technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with surveying workflows and GNSS, total stations, laser scanning.
• Interest in software products for surveying and construction professionals.
• Familiarity with CAD, GIS, BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level technical support to sales and distribution partners worldwide.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues with development teams.
• Test software releases and validate new features for quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide clear step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues, in writing and verbally.
