Substitute Teachers

Job Description:

We are seeking substitute teachers for the Mercer County Technical School District. Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate or
• Valid New Jersey Instructional Substitute Certificate (County Certified) or
• Valid New Jersey Career Technical Education Substitute Certificate (County Certified);

Additional requirements include:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Rate of Pay: $150/day for NJ Certified Teachers or County Certified Substitute Certificate holders.
