Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in economics, finance, physics, mathematics or similar.
• Experience in strategy consulting with an analytical foundation.
• Ideally banking experience and knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Strong tech affinity and comfort with digital tools, data models, transformation platforms.
• Familiarity with transformation programs, process/operating model design and system implementation is a plus.
• Risk management experience is a plus.
• Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the colleagues in leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps with your team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture.
• Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions.
• Create presentations and support the team in preparing for customer calls.
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development.
• Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients.
