Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7-8+ years of category management and strategic sourcing experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience managing Digital and/or IT procurement and/or General Services category.
• Previous people leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering commercial value.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to perform complex spend and sourcing analyses.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Collaborative team player with active listening and empathy.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage procurement across the General Services categories with accountability for performance and results.
• Analyze spend and identify opportunities to drive savings and value creation.
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for global or complex scopes.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis to supplier selection and implementation.
• Conduct market research, RFx, tender evaluations, and supplier negotiations.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with Legal and stakeholders.
• Manage complex procurement projects and strategic initiatives aligning with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members with clear objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Digital, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance reviews and contract renewals.
• Monitor market trends and innovations to improve quality, cost efficiency, and TCO.
• Oversee contract implementation and adoption across the business.
• Contribute to procurement objectives including savings, maturity, supplier optimization, and working capital improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic transformation within procurement processes.
