Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director, Regulatory Affairs, Switzerland, to lead regulatory activities and strategy for Swiss projects in alignment with Swissmedic and ICH guidelines.

You will collaborate with medical, clinical, marketing and global RA teams to support lifecycle management, submissions, and compliance across regions. The role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a scientific or medical discipline.
• 10+ years of regulatory leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of Swiss and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in oncology therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory activities for assigned projects/products in Switzerland.
• Provide strategic input on regulatory plans and submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional regulatory teams across global and regional groups.
• Manage Swissmedic inspections, approvals and lifecycle management.
• Communicate regulatory requirements to senior management and project teams.
