Job Description

• Take ownership of all procurement activities across the global real estate portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency
• Lead strategic procurement planning and execution of complex sourcing projects within the real estate category
• Act as a subject matter expert for specific commodities or specialized areas
• Manage procurement of indirect goods and services across small to large-scale projects
• Oversee tender processes, conduct evaluations, and award contracts while ensuring full documentation of all procurement activities
• Negotiate and finalize complex global and regional agreements with suppliers, including qualification and development of new partners
• Prepare, review, and optimize contractual and procurement documentation
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital procurement tools
• Partner closely with key internal stakeholders, including Real Estate, Design, and Project Management teams, to identify and meet business needs
• Translate market intelligence into best-practice implementation and strategic decision-making support

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, including at least 5 years in Real Estate Procurement
• Proven track record in procurement for Retail or CAPEX projects and solid knowledge in Facility Management, Workplace Services, and/or Construction Management
• Strong experience managing international suppliers and global supply chains
• Excellent negotiation skills in complex, global contract environments
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
