J. Safra Sarasin Group seeks an Investment Solution Advisor to partner with Client Relationship Managers across Switzerland to sharpen client portfolios and implement tailored investment strategies.

You will analyse books, identify opportunities, and drive proposals with the front office. We value a minimum of six years in private banking or asset management, a university degree in finance or economics, and certifications such as CFA/CAIA/CMT.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in private banking, wealth, or asset management in a role as an investment specialist or advisor.
• Strong portfolio analysis skills across asset classes and SAA/TAA construction.
• Knowledge of private markets and discretionary mandate solutions.

Aufgaben

• Analyse multi-asset portfolios to drive optimization and enhance diversification.
• Translate CIO/Research views into tailored SPS proposals for clients.
• Run structured conversion initiatives across discretionary mandates, mutual funds, and private markets.
