Qualifikationen

• Proactive portfolio and investment planning for canton properties.
• Structure sub-portfolios and define space and equipment standards.
• Coordinate feasibility reviews and align with strategic goals.
• Site evaluation and occupancy planning for properties.
• Represent client interests in new buildings, renovations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cantonal offices and external partners for sustainable solutions.
