Aufgaben

• Negotiate and follow up contracts with ports and terminals in area of responsibility.
• Estimate costs and provide port/operational and financial analyses.
• Prepare data and documents for contract negotiations and TSA/SLA reviews.
• Serve as main contact with Regional Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor terminal capacity and productivity to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication regarding port operations issues.
• Represent interfaces with terminals and handle non-compliance concerns.
• Attend management meetings as required and travel when necessary.
