The position emphasizes coordinating governance, managing committees, and ensuring timely implementation of bank-wide projects at the market level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with exposure to both operational support and strategic coordination.
• Prior experience in a business management, executive support, or intermediary-facing role strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices, regulatory expectations, and front-office workflows.

Aufgaben

• Provide front-line operational support to senior Market Intermediaries leadership and related stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, management committees, and strategic sessions across markets.
• Ensure timely execution of bank-wide initiatives at market level with adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Act as primary liaison between Intermediaries and central/global functions for information exchange.
• Prepare topics for local adaptation from centrally driven directives and distribute approved materials.
• Lead or co-manage workstreams and contribute to process improvements.
• Step in as deputy for key business management tasks during absences or busy periods.
