Job summary

The World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks an Analyst for the Global Strategic Intelligence and Foresight Programme to support research, analysis, and AI-enabled knowledge curation that underpins programme deliverables.

You will aggregate insights, identify signals and trends, and help produce briefs, frameworks and case studies while collaborating across Forum centres to strengthen anticipatory governance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in research and analysis across policy, foresight, or international affairs.
• Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary information into clear insights.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research, knowledge management, horizon scanning, or related tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for concise, audience-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, structure and synthesize insights from experts and programme activities.
• Identify signals, trends, risks, opportunities and cross-cutting themes for anticipatory governance.
• Apply AI-enabled research and drafting tools to develop briefs, frameworks, toolkits, and blueprints.
• Collaborate with centres to integrate knowledge and platform capabilities into programme deliverables.
