Zusammenfassung

Alpen Partners AG in Freienbach is seeking an organized CFO Assistant & Bookkeeper to support the CFO across the Alpen Group, including Alpen Partners AG, Alpen Partners International AG, Goldbach Capital and FORMS Gallery.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple entities, support month-end and year-end closings, and assist with financial reporting and administrative tasks.

This role requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work across units in a FINMA-regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent, ideally with further training in accounting or finance.
• A few years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in financial services or multi-entity environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting principles (OR).
• Familiarity with FINMA-regulated environment is a plus.
• Confident with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication in German and English; French is a strong plus.
• High level of discretion and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for one or more entities within the group, including invoice processing, payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Support the CFO with month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and budget tracking.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure bookkeeping records comply with Swiss accounting standards (OR).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities as needed.
• Assist with VAT filings and other recurring regulatory submissions.
• Provide general administrative support to the CFO, including document preparation and correspondence.
• Help streamline and document bookkeeping processes as the group continues to grow.
