Job summary

Renault Trucks Alps is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance and business control for Switzerland and Austria, reporting to the Managing Director. You will steer performance, cash, and governance while supporting the transformation towards electromobility.

You will manage a small team, partner with leaders, and drive strategy across two countries with regular travel between Switzerland and Austria.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance or business control leadership.
• Strong ability to partner with leadership and challenge decisions.
• Solid knowledge of planning, forecasting and cash management.
• Experience in matrix organisations across countries.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to execute Alps strategy balancing growth and cash.
• Provide insights on pricing, investments, working capital and risk.
• Drive cash and working-capital performance and governance.
• Ensure reliable reporting and internal controls per Volvo policies.
• Oversee cross-country business control activities.
• Support transformation including electromobility and new business models.
• Lead and develop the Business Control team.
