Pictet Group in Geneva is seeking a Business Process Manager within Reporting Services to drive end-to-end improvements in client reporting, including portfolio statements and performance reports, reporting to the Head of Reporting Services.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects and stakeholders to optimize workflows, document business rules, and support UAT to ensure process integrity across banking operations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven track record in process optimization or business analysis in banking or professional services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional project leadership.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize transversal client reporting processes (portfolio statements, transaction advices, performance reports).
• Identify pain points, quantify productivity gains, and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, enterprise architects and stakeholders to align process boundaries and improvements.
• Analyze complex incidents, support resolution, and share knowledge across teams.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes; promote awareness.
• Assess impact of new product launches on processes and participate in UAT for integrity.
• Serve as main contact for process questions and incidents.
