Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work culture.

• Customer Feedback: Gather customer insights and ensure their feedback is acted upon to continually improve the in-store experience.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.
