Zusammenfassung

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain sterile production equipment in a 3‑shift environment. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, calibrate systems, and document maintenance tasks in SAP to support GMP operations.

Requirements include an apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Mechanic and experience with automated production equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent.
• Experience with automated production equipment or handling systems, preferably in pharma/MedTech or food industries.
• Good process understanding.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and readiness for on-call duty.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting and fault isolation on filling machines and sterile handling systems.
• Perform and document mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance per GMP.
• Calibration and adjustment of measurement chains.
• Improvement of maintenance plans and spare parts management.
• Administrative handling of SAP work orders.
• Optimization of process engineering as part of continuous improvement.
• Assist with procurement of equipment (commissioning, qualifications).
