Job summary

Lonza is seeking aTechnical Lead for sterile drug product transfers in Stein, AG, Switzerland. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and customer interactions to bring new products onto the manufacturing line, driving process setup, scale‑up, documentation and implementation activities.

The role requires 3–4 years of aseptic GMP manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of Fill & Finish processes, and a deep GMP understanding.

Qualifications

• Aseptic GMP manufacturing experience (3–4 years)
• Solid knowledge of Fill & Finish processes in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality standards
• Fluent German and English for collaboration with site teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer interactions to transfer products onto the manufacturing line.
• Drive process setup, scale‑up, documentation and implementation activities.
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, deviations, CAPAs and change management.
