About the role

We're looking for a motivated and results‑driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. In this key role, you'll be a driving force behind our growth, owning the full sales cycle from new customer acquisition to closing and long‑term account development.

This is a chance to build on your existing network and expertise while actively expanding it, selling our in‑demand consulting services and solutions that help organizations optimize and transform their software development and operations.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Managing the full sales cycle for Eficode’s consulting services and technology solutions (including Atlassian, GitLab, GitHub, Azure, and related platforms), from prospecting and first contact to contract signing.

Actively identifying, targeting, and winning new customers, while also developing and growing strategic existing accounts.

Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long‑term engagement and customer success.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Eficode’s solution portfolio.

Collaborating closely with technology partners and internal sales, consulting, and delivery teams to deliver integrated, high‑value solutions.

Developing account and territory strategies, tracking performance, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how modern development platforms, cloud services, and consulting services can drive measurable business outcomes.

Who we are looking for

Your success in this role will be built on a foundation of proven experience and a proactive mindset. We're seeking a professional who has :

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant sales role, with a strong, existing network in Switzerland.

Proven experience in new business development (hunting) as well as managing and expanding customer accounts.

Demonstrated success in selling consulting services and complex solutions.

Experience with or strong understanding of tools and platforms such as Atlassian, GitLab, GitHub, and / or Azure.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with customers.

An independent, proactive, and development‑oriented mindset, eager to learn new tools, services, and market areas.

Full professional fluency in both English and German.

Bonus points if you have :

Knowledge of DevOps and AI

Existing relationship with Atlassian, GitLab or GitHub

Proficiency in Italian or French

Location

This role will be based in Zürich, Switzerland and will have a hybrid / remote working model with ideally 2 days a week in the office but we can be flexible if you’re living further away. Please note that this role is available in Switzerland only and requires you to be living there full time.
