Hi! I’m Abhik, Ashby’s Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer who is laser‑focused on solving customer problems and building long‑term solutions. About The Role

As a Product Engineer you’ll own a significant portion of one of our products and manage projects end‑to‑end. You will research competitors, write product specs, produce wireframes, and develop feature implementations that are integral to our platform.

Responsibilities

Interview Process

• Introduction call with Hiring Manager (15‑30 minutes).
• Technical screen with pair programming (1 hour).
• Three non‑coding rounds focusing on product thinking, technical design, and infrastructure (3 hours 15 minutes total).

First Three Months

You will receive a streamlined onboarding experience: a single‑script development setup, immediate impact on production features, and a 30‑60‑90 day review cycle. A peer mentor will guide you and facilitate knowledge transfer.
