Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Expertise in one core language: Golang, C++, Python, or Ruby.
• Proven track record of technical leadership beyond team boundaries.
• Deep understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with modern backend architectures and service-oriented systems.
• Solid background in automated testing strategies (TDD, BDD).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.).
• Ability to operate in high-trust, high-confidentiality environments.
