Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Project Engineer to lead technical projects in sustainability within our Schaffhausen site. You will design, install and qualify production equipment and utilities while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a university engineering degree and at least 5 years in project engineering in pharma/chemical, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience in pharma/chemical industries.
• Strong organization and communication skills to influence colleagues.
• Familiarity with project management approaches and design thinking.
• Knowledge of sustainability, environmental challenges and decarbonization.
• Fluent in German and English.
