Job summary

Kantonale Verwaltung Graubünden is seeking a Specialist Responsible for Early Support for the Office for Migration and Civil Law in Chur. The role focuses on initiating and guiding integration projects, coordinating reviews of submissions, and ensuring language acquisition support for children in the asylum sector.

You will work with cantonal authorities and municipalities, providing case-led guidance and mediating language support for families during the program duration.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary education in pedagogy or educational sciences.
• Solid practical and theoretical knowledge in early support and language acquisition.
• Intercultural competence and sensitivity to a diverse society.
• Knowledge and experience in project and case management.
• Initiative and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Initiation and implementation of integration projects in early support in Graubünden.
• Processing and reviewing project submissions with planning, coordination and control.
• Operational project advice and support for sponsors during implementation.
• Cooperation with cantonal authorities, municipalities and third parties.
• Case-leading authority for language acquisition of asylum-seeking children in pre-kindergarten.
• Mediation of suitable language support offers and support for families and sponsors.
