Zusammenfassung

Bystronic Laser AG in der Schweiz (Bern/Niederönz) sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft zur Leitung von Automations- und Systemin-tegrationsprojekten mit globalen Kunden. Sie koordinieren Projekte von der Übergabe bis zur Abnahme und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Service, Engineering sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

Sie verfügen über ein Ingenieurwesen-Degree, mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in entsprechenden Bereichen und kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch; Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Automatisierung, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Automations-/Maschinen-/Systemintegrationsprojekte.
• Nachweisliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projekte mit starkem Kundenkontakt.
• Erfahrung in industriellen Maschinen, Automatisierung, Fertigung oder verwandten Branchen.

Aufgaben

• Leiten Sie komplexe Automations- und Systemintegrationsprojekte mit globalen Kunden vom Projektübergabe bis zur Abnahme.
• Steuern Umfang, Zeitplan, Risiken, Ressourcen und Budgets über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
• Koordinieren technische, kaufmännische und organisatorische Aspekte der Projekte.
• Agieren als Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner, Vertrieb, Service und Engineering-Teams.
• Durchführen Projektcontrolling, Berichterstattung und Risikomanagement.
• Verwalten Änderungs- und kommerzielle Auswirkungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
• Koordinieren Installations- und Inbetriebnahme-Aktivitäten mit Service-Teams und Kundenvertretern.
• Sicherstellen der Kundenvorbereitung und Ausrichtung während der Projektdurchführung.
• Leiten Change-Management-Prozesse zur Lösung komplexer Projekt-Herausforderungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global Design, F&E und technischen Experten.
• Durchführen Abschlussaktivitäten des Projekts, einschließlich Dokumentation, Kundenzustimmung und Übergabe.

You will lead complex automation and system integration projects for customers around the globe, from project handover through installation and final acceptance

Our team brings complex automation and Smart Factory solutions to life at customer sites around the world. We coordinate people, technologies, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, from project kick-off to final acceptance

What you will be doing

• Lead complex automation and system integration projects with global customers from project handover to final acceptance
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and organizational aspects of projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, Sales, Service, and Engineering teams
• Drive project controlling, reporting, and risk management activities
• Manage scope changes, claims, and commercial impacts in collaboration with Sales teams
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities together with service teams and customer representatives
• Ensure customer readiness and alignment throughout project execution
• Lead change management processes to resolve complex project challenges effectively
• Collaborate closely with Global Design, R&D, and technical experts to ensure successful solution delivery
• Drive project closure activities, including documentation, customer sign-off and handover

Your education & experience

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience managing complex automation, machine, or system integration projects
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects with significant customer interaction
• Experience in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or related industries
