A Solution Advisor works closely with our customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. They provide deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations, and deliver software demonstrations that help the customer understand SAP’s unique value proposition. In addition to deal support, they participate in marketing events, design thinking sessions, and collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent early in their career. The program runs for 10 months, starting March 2027, with the recruitment process expected to be completed by December 2026. Participants will spend four weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California, as part of the immersive portion of the program.
The Academy offers a three-year journey that drives accountability and enhances productivity, enabling graduates to make a quick impact in customer‑facing roles while fostering career longevity and leadership potential.
