Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Software Verification Engineer to validate complex software across high-speed networking, virtualization, and security domains. You will design and automate tests, own features end-to-end, and validate performance in Linux environments with Docker and VMs.

You will collaborate with software, DevOps, and product teams to define test requirements, drive release progress, and improve verification methodologies while maintaining robust test artifacts and defect tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software testing, QA automation, or software engineering.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Solid Linux tooling and command-line proficiency.
• Understanding of networking and Linux OS concepts.
• Experience with testing, integration, and system validation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate test scripts and frameworks (Python).
• Own features from test planning to automation delivery.
• Validate software through system-level and integration tests.
• Set up and optimize Linux-based test environments with Docker/VMs.
• Collaborate with software, DevOps, and product teams on releases.
• Improve verification flows and track release indicators.
• Analyze results, file defects, and drive issues to closure.
