Scope

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join the Optical Social team of our optical retail brands based in Switzerland.

The Social Media Manager - Retail Switzerland will be part of the Global Social Team, responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies in the country. This role involves creating editorial plans, managing the community, overseeing productions and coordinating talent activities. The Social Media Manager - Retail Switzerland will work closely with the Global Social Media Lead and other Social Media Managers to manage social media channels and develop activities across various brands.

The Social Media Manager - Retail Switzerland will collaborate with various local and global teams, including Retail, Communication, PR, Performance Marketing, E-Commerce, Content, Creative, Customer Service, and Media Teams.

Role
  • Working on a yearly plan with the Retail Brand Lead, optimizing the investments and the activities in the area
  • Actively collaborating to the creation and the development of social strategies for the Swiss retail brands
  • Identify the trends inside the community and propose dedicated strategies
  • Identify external trends and actively jump on them
  • Be proactive in searching and interacting with the social conversations related to glasses and influencers, not happening on the brand profiles
  • Reporting on the performance of social assets and media campaigns
  • Manage the performances of organic boosting on social media channels
  • Work closely with PR to identify the talents to activate new profiles and nurture the ambassadors
  • Join and coordinate the social media productions planned in Switzerland
  • Work closely with the other COEs for social media inputs for social media campaigns
  • Community management and daily interactions management
Desired Profile
  • 5+ years experience and passion in social and digital environments; Influencer Marketing and related tools
  • Fluency in English & French; German is a big plus
  • Constant updating on the state-of-the-art and the evolution of social media
  • Ability to develop content strategies
