Two.jobs GmbH seeks a Skilled Worker in Road Maintenance to join the Neubüel workshop in Wädenswil. You will work outdoors with a coordinated team to keep roads, paths, and trails functional and safe for daily use, including winter service and occasional on-call support.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, a B driving license (C/CE supported if needed), and willingness to work shifts and weekends. A training background in road maintenance or related trades is expected.

Formación

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist, road builder, mason, landscape gardener, or similar.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and occasional weekends.
• Driving license category B; category C/CE can be obtained with us.
• Ability to reach Neubüel workshop in Wädenswil within 30 minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the team to keep traffic routes safe and attractive daily.
• Maintain state roads, bike and pedestrian paths, and hiking trails.
• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance work.
• Operate various vehicles and modern machines.
• Support winter service to ensure safe routes during snow and ice.
• Provide on-call coverage outside regular hours if needed.

Skilled Worker in Road Maintenance

We build and maintain the roads to ensure they are intact tomorrow. The maintenance district 5 in Wädenswil, with its 19 employees, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of approximately 120 km of state roads, about 110 km of bike and pedestrian paths, and around 225 km of hiking trails. Would you like to join us in road maintenance? We are looking for reinforcement for our team.

Your Tasks

• You work closely with your team and ensure through your commitment that the public can use safe and attractive traffic routes daily.
• You keep our state roads, bike and pedestrian paths, and hiking trails functional, from green maintenance to cleaning, signaling, and marking.
• You carry out minor structural repairs and general maintenance work.
• You work with various vehicles, equipment, and modern machines.
• You assist in winter service and ensure safe traffic routes even in snow and ice.
• You provide on-call service and are available outside regular working hours if needed.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist, road builder, mason, landscape gardener, or another construction-related vocational training.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, especially during the winter months, at shifted working hours and occasionally on weekends.
• Driving license category B, ideally category C/CE (you can obtain the category C/CE driving license with us if you do not already have it).
• You can reach the workshop Neubüel in Wädenswil within 30 minutes.
