Shop Visit Manager (CFM56) you will:

Your tasks

• Lead all CFM56 shop visit projects and act as the main engine contact
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the (safety) Management System
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take proactive measures
• Plan engine input/output in coordination with production and operations
• Lead the engine team and organize regular meetings
• Maintain up‑to‑date engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine Log, RAIL)

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience in project‑ or process‑related roles, ideally in MRO
• Strong understanding of operational processes and project management
• Fluent in English; German B1+ is desirable
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality procedures
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results
