Zusammenfassung

CTC is recruiting a SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer for our client in Grisons, Switzerland. The role is permanent with 80–100% occupancy, based onsite in Graubünden, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

You will implement, optimize, and support ICT projects, automate processes, and collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into digital solutions. Strong German and English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Completed IT education with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with JSON and XML.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Team-oriented, independent and reliable.
• Very good German (spoken and written) and good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Further develop, optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Analyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment.
• Support automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting.
• Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Closely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements and turn their needs into digital solutions.
