Job summary

Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) is seeking an experienced Application Manager for SharePoint and MS 365 to shape the digital workplace. You will align information architecture with governance, manage operations, and support departments across the university in Zurich-West.

You will collaborate with the Digital Workplace team to implement secure, compliant, and scalable solutions, engaging stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in a highly international academic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Willingness to obtain relevant Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, governance and information architecture for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure stable operation of SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related apps.
• Develop access control, security models and external sharing frameworks.
• Capture department needs and develop practical solutions with power users.
• Design integrations and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Provide focused reporting on usage, costs, risks and service quality.
