Job Description

You will be part of the Back Office department, directly supporting the Settlement Retail team:

• Processing transfer operations across all asset classes and markets (RFP and DFP)
• Handling physical shares
• Conducting reconciliation and investigations related to securities
• Providing front-office support
• Maintaining daily contact and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
• Using SWIFT messages MT54*, MT76*, MT599 daily
• Utilizing Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals, and internal tools

Qualifications

• Experience in a Settlement team is mandatory; SWIFT knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in French, good command of English; German is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), interested in technical tools
• Stress-resistant with good learning capacity
• Team player eager to join a dynamic team
