Zusammenfassung

Miele Switzerland is seeking a Service Technician for the Upper Valais region. You professionally service and repair Miele household appliances on-site, while also advising customers and sometimes closing on-site sales. You drive a service van daily and bring strong customer communication to every visit.

The role requires electrical trade training, a valid B license, and excellent German with good French. Residence in Valais is expected.

Your Task

In your area of deployment, you are responsible for professional customer service

You resolve malfunctions of Miele household appliances and provide additional services to our end customers

You are on the road daily with your Miele service van

Your technical understanding is just as important as your flair for dealing with customers

As a competent contact person, you advise our end customers and can close sales directly on site

This convinces us

Completed vocational training in an electrical profession (e.g., electrician, installation electrician, automation technician, or equivalent)

Independent, precise, and structured working style combined with a high sense of responsibility and quality orientation

Good communication skills in dealing with customers

Good IT user knowledge

Enjoyment of driving and a valid driver's license category B is mandatory

German as a native language, good to very good French skills

Your residence is in the Valais region (Upper Valais)
