We are looking for a proactive individual for our service organization as a Service Coordinator (m / f / d). You will act as the central control point and contribute significantly to optimal resource allocation and the highest customer satisfaction in hospital and laboratory environments.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in scheduling in a technical environment. Strong organizational skills, stress resilience, and the ability to prioritize are essential. In addition, advanced knowledge of CRM systems as well as MS Office or gSuite is required. A strong data affinity and quality orientation are also key attributes. Fluent German and good English skills complete the profile.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Short‑term scheduling: Coordination of urgent service calls for medical‑technical systems and management of internal and external service requests
  • Long‑term planning: Support resource planning for maintenance, modifications, and installations; assist with absence, vacation, and on‑call scheduling of service technicians
  • Interface management: Act as a key link between the customer, Customer Service, and Sales
  • Process control: Optimal use of CRM and other tools to manage service delivery; continuous process optimisation and active participation in projects
  • Capacity management: Monitor and help design measures to avoid personnel or technical bottlenecks
  • Customer focus: Act with a customer‑oriented mindset and maintain business relationships
Your Profile
  • Ideally a commercial or technical vocational background
  • Proven experience in scheduling in a technical or medical‑technical environment
  • Strong organisational skills, stress resilience, and prioritisation ability
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office or gSuite
  • Strong data affinity and high quality orientation
  • High social competence and confidence, even in stressful situations
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Excellent German (fluent) and good English; ideally good knowledge of French or Italian
