Scandit is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the dashboards and web surfaces where model outputs guide decisions for retail and logistics teams. You will craft dense operational screens used to plan work, spot exceptions, and measure results.

This role emphasizes turning complex data into clear user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and field teams to maintain coherent workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a UX Designer in SaaS, enterprise, or technology-focused environments, including data-dense surfaces such as analytics or dashboards.
• End-to-end delivery experience from research and concepting through detailed design to implementation across web and mobile.
• Hands-on experience in cross-functional product teams with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Success.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset with a culture of feedback.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Occasional travel may be required for field research or onsite collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end UX for product areas, from concept through implementation, focusing on data visualization dashboards.
• Translate complex technical capabilities and dense data into clear, powerful user experiences via flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, tech leads, QA and field teams to keep workflows coherent and feasible.
• De-risk the roadmap with research, scope independent studies with external researchers, and run lightweight studies as needed.
• Contribute to Scandit's design system in partnership with Staff Designer and engineering.
