Aufgaben

• End-to-End Business Analysis across functions and systems, identifying gaps and ensuring coherence.
• Map and manage cross-program dependencies, escalate conflicts, and optimize change sequencing.
• Define future operating models with clear responsibilities aligned to Murex and Core Banking.
• Specify front-to-back processing for Treasury products and modernize legacy practices.
• Assign system-of-records and responsibilities, remove overlaps, and design data flows.
• Set data ownership and golden sources, define migration rules, reconcile data across platforms.
• Refresh controls framework, define reconciliations, automate manual controls, formalise exceptions.
• Catalogue interfaces and events, define information flows and timing, set recovery requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage with UAT criteria and trace defects to readiness.
• Coordinate integrated cutover and go-live readiness for operations.
