EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Geneva transfer pricing team. You will lead TP engagements, advise on restructurings and audits, and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.

Bring 2-4 years TP experience, a Master’s in a relevant field, and strong client service and communication skills. English required; French/German a plus. Geneva-based, fulltime, international assignments.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of transfer pricing experience in Big4, consulting, or international tax.
• Master’s degree in law, economics, tax, finance, accounting or related field; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and cross-border project experience.
• Knowledge of valuation, finance, economics, and accounting concepts relevant to TP.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or German are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage and deliver transfer pricing engagements with strong technical excellence and client service.
• Advise clients on complex TP matters including restructurings, IP migrations, audits, MAPs/APAs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities within relationships.
• Collaborate with tax, strategy, transaction, valuation, and legal teams.
• Coach and develop junior team members; contribute to recruitment and training.
• Support operational management: resource planning and project coordination.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and talent development efforts.
