Job summary

Ärztekasse Genossenschaft in Urdorf seeks a Test Automation Engineer (m/f) to design, implement and maintain automated tests for API, Web GUI, and end-to-end scenarios. You will build risk-based test cases, contribute to CI/CD, and ensure high quality across components in a healthcare context.

You bring at least 5 years in software development and test automation, strong Java/Web testing experience, Selenium and API testing skills, and familiarity with Agile tools.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in software development/test automation.
Experience in testing Java and Web (Angular, REST, SOAP) applications.
Strong and proven test automation skills.
Good documentation and code quality.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, develop, and execute automated test scenarios on API level, Web GUI, and end-to-end tests.
Identify test cases based on risk and coverage.
Own test preparation, test phase planning, and test strategy.
Develop regression suites for CI/build processes.
Automate critical performance and security tests.
Prepare test data for functional and non-functional tests.
Collaborate with requirements engineers and business analysts.
