Enclustra in Zurich is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of FPGA-based modules and baseboards, from concept to validated product release.

You will plan scope, resources, budgets, and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality to ensure successful execution. The role offers an international, dynamic environment with creative freedom.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems, or FPGA-based products.
• Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

• Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

• Drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and escalations, and facilitate resolution of technical and organizational challenges.
• Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation.
