coni + partner ag in Zürich is seeking an experienced IT specialist (m/f/d) to serve as Senior Systems Engineer / Avaloq Specialist for the fund business. You will drive business engineering within Avaloq, collaborate with management, and develop automated integration solutions for real-time data exchange with third parties.

Your role involves implementing changes across environments, improving CI/CD processes, testing optimisations, and coordinating with IT, software, and infrastructure teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Engineering.
• Avaloq certification an advantage.
• Understanding of private banking and its processes.
• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking, its modules and their integration.
• Knowledge of ACPR and BEG.
• Proficient in OpenShift, OpenAPI, Apache Kafka and .NET.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess issues and set priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch flexibly between internal and external tasks.

• Analyse malfunctions or incidents and develop improvement measures.
• Collaborate with IT specialists, software engineers, test engineers, service managers, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure continuous updating of the systems and shape the banking platform's future.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for business engineering within the Avaloq systems, working in collaboration with line management to understand business process requirements and, based on these, identify scalable, innovative solutions for the systems
• Development of sustainable, automated integration solutions that support event-driven, real-time data transfer to third-party systems
• Ensure the successful implementation of changes across all environments and for end-of-period processing
• Continuous improvement of automated deployment, build, and release processes
• Testing of optimisations and ensuring the quality of the end-to-end solution
• Collaboration on integration projects involving continuous, real-time, bi-directional data exchange between client and server, using Kafka to scalably capture, process, store and forward large volumes of real-time data streams
• Work with modern CI/CD methods and drive the standardization of technical processes
• Analyze technical malfunctions or incidents and develop sustainable improvement measures
• Collaboration with IT specialists, software engineers, test engineers, service managers, and infrastructure teams
• Ensuring the continuous updating of the systems and shaping the future of the banking platform.
