Jobup Nidau in Switzerland seeks a Senior System Engineer (80-100%) to operate, secure and continuously develop our on-premises data centre and server infrastructure. You will plan, implement and manage virtualization environments and NetApp storage, and design backup and monitoring solutions using Veeam.

The role also covers Windows Active Directory, certificate services, GPO, DNS and DHCP, MFA with smartcards, plus Linux systems and robust cybersecurity practices across IT/OT environments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education as IT specialist or higher degree in CS/IT
• Several years of system engineering experience
• Familiar with data centre, server and virtualization tech
• Experience with NetApp storage systems
• Strong Linux skills and backup/monitoring experience
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and Windows domains

• Plan, implement and administer virtualization environments and NetApp storage
• Design and optimise backup solutions with Veeam and robust monitoring
