Noir in Bern is seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to own and evolve the Microsoft On‑Premises and Citrix VAD environment. You will lead projects from concept through go‑live, and drive automation and standardisation across the platform.

You will work with Network and Security teams, shaping architecture while resolving complex incidents. German language fluency and an IT qualification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience managing Microsoft On-Premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and domain infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC.
• Experience with IAM, PAM and ITIL‑based processes.
• Ability to drive automation with PowerShell and configuration management.
• Excellent German language skills.
