A leading healthcare company in Luzern seeks a skilled tax professional to support tax reporting and compliance in line with US GAAP. The role involves coordinating the corporate income tax position and ensuring accurate filing for Swiss tax purposes. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be fluent in both German and English. Experience with SAP ERP is advantageous. Support tax calculations & accounting for US GAAP reporting, support Swiss statutory reporting and Swiss tax purposes.
Support the preparation and filing for the Swiss tax declarations.
Co-ordinates the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of the corporate income tax position.
Support correct, accurate and timely booking of all corporate income tax entries and correct and timely payment of corporate income tax assessments. Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
Support the review, filing and reconciliation of VAT returns prepared by the international COI.
Support ensures correct, accurate and timely filing and payments of all VAT returns and correct, accurate and timely booking of associated tax entries.
Support tax filing process for all Swiss entities.
Support the indirect tax positions of all Swiss companies and ensure the calculation / filing in an accurate, timely and correct manner.
Support correct, accurate and timely filing of all indirect tax returns, initiate the respective payments and booking of associated tax entries.
Knowledge and experience in tax reporting (including VAT reporting) as well as US GAAP.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to think broadly while handling the details as required.
Ability to think in processes and focus on continuous process improvement.
Strong MS Office knowledge. Experience in SAP is an asset.
Taking initiative, is dynamic.
Fluent in German and English.
Strong customer / client focus.
